At VELION FORGE, we believe the journey from our workshop to your door should be as seamless as the craftsmanship itself. To ensure your order arrives safely, we’ve partnered with DPD—a premier courier boasting a 99% success rate—to handle every delivery with precision.

The Logistics Breakdown

  • Complimentary Shipping: We believe in transparency, which is why standard delivery is completely free and already factored into our pricing.

  • Fast Turnaround: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM on the very same business day. Orders received after this cutoff will be processed and sent out the following working day.

  • Service: Once dispatched, items take typically 15 days to a month to be delivered. Please note that orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items marked on their detail page with a label "Fast delivery" are assured to arrive by the estimated delivery date. Please note that this timeline may change based on logistics conditions, and we'll update this page with the latest information as needed. Always check here for the most up-to-date information. If you experience any issues, you can apply for one of the following compensation offers.

In the event of customs clearance delays, inspections, strikes, as well as other governmental acts, the latest estimated delivery date and the commited refund date will be adjusted accordingly. The extension period will depend on the actual circumstances of the disruptions for the relevant order.

Refund for packages lost in transit

Apply for a refund if your package is indicated as "lost in transit" on its tracking details. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

 

Refund if not delivered after 40 days

If your package isn't delivered within 40 days after shipment, you can apply for a refund. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

 

Free Returns

Items marked on their detail page with a label "Free returns" can be sent back within 90 days after order was placed.
